3pm update: Press Release from Lockport Cave Boat Ride Incident in Lockport , New York. There was 29 total people on the boat, one being a staff member. 11 people were transported to area hospital for minor injuries, 1 fatality as the male was trapped under the boat as it did a total 180 degree flip.
