Over the last few weeks, the Tuolumne Narcotics Team (TNT) has been investigating 61-year-old Dwayne Anthony Rasler and 28-year-old Micah John Patrick McKinstry for the sales of methamphetamine within Tuolumne County. Through their investigation, TNT Detectives obtained a search warrant for Rasler’s property in Jamestown.
