When the kid grows taller than you but you still have to feed them! This 'A (masked booby) chick fledged last month from Eastern Island on Kuaihelani (Midway Atoll). Fortunately Dan Rapp was able to capture this sweet moment before it flew away on its own two wings. These are fearless seabirds that dive deep under the surface to retrieve their food and can fall prey to long line fishing hooks.
