Drill Of The Week: Back Tuck Progression (Basic) Purpose: An introduction to help athletes develop an understanding of the "tuck" skill as well as learn the basic "tuck" body shapes with controlled landings. Prerequisite: Backwards Roll, Multiple Standing and Running BHS Drill One(Top Left): The athlete begins standing at the top of a wedge mat which is on a raised surface approximately 24" inches tall.
