In October of 2001, Eric, along with many other musicians, participated in The Concert for New York City at Madison Square Garden. Organized by Paul McCartney, the show was put on in response to the 9/11 attacks as a benefit for the Robin Hood Relief Fund, and was broadcast live on VH1.
