Shannon Lee Grove (née Cain; born March 18, 1965) is an American politician, who represents California's 12th State Senatorial district, encompassing the southern Central Valley and parts of the High Desert.

She resides in Bakersfield with her husband, Rick. They are parents of five children. In the June and November 2022 elections Shannon Grove is seeking election to the newly-drawn 12 th State Senate district which includes Fresno, Tulare, and Kern counties.
