Uber Technologies has filed a lawsuit claiming that a novel Colorado law requiring transportation services to disclose certain information to drivers at the end of a trip violates its free speech rights under the U.

Uber argues that the two laws, slated to take effect in February, contradict the company’s right to freedom of expression.
