JJ Redick says he enjoys coaching more than he enjoyed playing in his 15-year NBA career. His passion for his new profession has shone through while he keeps the Los Angeles Lakers on target during a tumultuous season.

The Lakers have been preparing rigorously for Game 2 versus the Timberwolves after getting blown out in Game 1.

All five Lakers starters (Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, LeBron James, Jaxson Hayes) had a negative plus-minus in Game 1. Doncic had 37 points and eight rebounds, but he also had five turnovers in his first postseason game with Los Angeles. Meanwhile, James and Reaves shot a combined 13-of-31 from the field.
