The judge overseeing the case of wrongly deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia has granted a request from his attorneys to file a motion seeking sanctions against the government.
The illegally removed man’s attorneys are trying to get the judge to speed up litigation they said “has already dragged on far too long.”
