In a major victory for Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds, a New York federal judge has sided with the actress in a messy legal battle involving her 'It Ends With Us' director and co-star, whom she accused of alleged sexual harassment and weaponizing social media.

"It Ends With Us" actor and director Justin Baldoni's legal battle with Blake Lively hit a roadblock Monday after a judge dismissed his $400 million countersuit.

Judge Lewis J. Liman ruled that "the information [Baldoni's legal team] sought is no longer relevant to a claim or defense in this action"
