The National Cherry Blossom Festival is one of Washington’s most popular tourist attractions, drawing more than 1.5 million visitors for three weeks of street parties, concerts, family activities and days to go fly a kite.

But the best guess, as of publication, is that the blooms will be in view toward the middle of the month, around Monday, March 17. Last year, peak bloom was around March 20, 2024.
