The dessert company Crumbl Cookies, known for its rotating cookie menu and online attention through social media followers, has entered legal problems.

Warner Music Group (WMG), the record label and multinational entertainment company, filed a complaint on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. They are selling the bakery company, Crumbl Cookies, for $24 million.
