A trio of Tottenham Hotspur youths stepped up to the mark on Thursday night to send the London club directly through to the last 16 of the Europa League with a 3-0 home win over Elfsborg, ensuring they avoided a potentially tricky playoff.

QPR look set to sign Yang Min-hyeok on loan until the end of the season from Tottenham, according to sources close to the deal. The 18-year-old winger joined Spurs from Gangwon FC in South Korea in January but has yet to make a senior appearance under Ange Postecoglou.
