Walmart has recalled a water bottle sold nationwide after the lid of the bottle caused permanent vision loss to two people.

Maurilio Ambrocio, a 42-year-old Guatemalan pastor and father of five, was deported after living in the U.S. for over 20 years and leading a church in his community.
