Massachusetts-based iRobot, which makes Roomba robotic vacuums, is considering bankruptcy after failing to find a buyer.
The Bedford-based Roomba maker "has no sources upon which it can draw for additional capital," it acknowledged.
Robot said if it can't obtain new capital it "may be forced to significantly curtail or cease operations and would likely seek bankruptcy protection." ...
