Vancouver landlords will have to pay a $30-per-unit fee to register their rentals under an ordinance adopted by the city council 4-3 on Monday.

Each summer since 2015, the city of Vancouver has been steadily working to upgrade curb ramps to ease travel for people who use wheelchairs, walkers and strollers.
