Anxiety reigns in an unusually quiet Tel Aviv, as Israeli residents tell MEE it is 'very hard to live in this country'

Israelis took cover as Tel Aviv was hit by a wave of missiles after Iran vowed to ‘open the gates of hell’. Israel said a ‘limited number’ of buildings had been affected in the city, including a tower near the IDF’s headquarters, HaKirva. Seven people were injured in the blast, two severely and two moderately, local authorities said.
