If Joseph Parker finally becomes a two-time heavyweight champion, no one will be able to accuse him of doing things the easy way.The former WBO champ's sapping stoppage loss to Joe Joyce in September 2022 appeared to spell the end of his time as an elite-level operator but he is now on a five-fight winning streak.

After beating Carlos Takam and Christian Hammer, Joyce then took on former WBO world champion Parker and stopped him inside 11 rounds – a career best victory – but was then rather derailed by two back-to-back knockout losses to Zhilei Zhang.
