Victor Wembanyama may have started a new thing when it comes to jersey swaps. After San Antonio’s 96-87 win in Brooklyn over the Nets last Friday night, a young San Antonio Spurs fan wearing a youth-sized Wembanyama jersey held a sign that read,

Wembanyama — often referred to by his nickname "Wemby" — gifted his jersey to the young fan on Dec. 27 after the Spurs defeated the Brooklyn Nets. After the tiny recipient gave Wembanyama the jersey he had been wearing, the heartwarming photo of the their jersey swap went viral on social media.
