State senator decries fine for video violating campaign law
On Thursday, the State Ethics Commission upheld its original determination that state Sen. Brenton Awa violated the Fair Treatment Law and also affirmed the administrative fine of $999.99.
The state Elections Commission has gone off the rails. Lawmakers and others have some ideas for fixing it but it won't be easy.
