Alexander Zverev urges fans not to boo Novak Djokovic, who retired in the Australian Open Semifinals due to injury

As the muscle rupture during his Australian Open semifinal match against Alexander Zverev forced him to withdraw, Novak Djokovic has decided to skip the Davis Cup Qualifiers’ tie against Denmark, scheduled to start on January 31st.

Novak Djokovic briefly touched on the nature of the injury he sustained during the Australian Open, claiming that it's a muscle tear. The Serb confessed that at the 2023 edition of the hardcourt Major, he was able to deal with the injury in such a way that allowed him to win the title.
