Four-year-old Kai Foreman has been found safe, and the man police say is responsible for kidnapping him and killing the boy’s mother has been taken into custody.

An AMBER Alert was issued for a Virginia boy who was allegedly abducted Monday morning in Norfolk, Virginia, according to Virginia State Police (VSP).

The Virginia State Police issued an AMBER Alert Monday afternoon for a 4-year-old boy missing after a fatal shooting in the Berkley section of Norfolk. The child is believed to be in extreme danger.
