Vancouver police have issued an Amber Alert for two-year-old Theodore Lim. Police say the boy is believed to have been abducted at a location on East Broadway by Davis Lim, but don't say what the relationship is between the two.

Police say two-year-old Theodore Lim is currently without a piece of his ventilator, and authorities are worried he may go into medical distress.
