In honor of Black History Month, Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation has partnered with the Richmond Night Market to host a vendor market featuring local Black-owned businesses.
The Richmond Night Market runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at the 17th Street Market location.
