Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Afton Monday morning involving a DOT vehicle and a passenger vehicle.

The two killed have since been identified by the Kane County Coroner’s Office as Diego Nava Torres, 32, and Samantha Ortiz, 33, both of Chicago.
