An inquest jury looking into the deaths of two men struck by dump trucks that were backing up has made recommendations aimed at making construction sites safer.

Troopers say on April 22, David Nicholas Smith, 44, was walking near State Farm Road when a dump truck backing up hit him. He died at the scene.
