For Allison Pass, the Coquihalla Highway, the Okanagan Connector and Begbie summit, snow can be expected above 1,000 metres. At Rogers and Kootenay Pass, snow is expected above 1,300 metres.

Other affected areas include the Okanagan Connector from Merritt to Kelowna, Highway 3 from Hope to Princeton via Allison Pass, and the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) from Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass.
