Developing: A police incident was reported at the UPMC Memorial hospital in West Manchester Township on Saturday morning.

UPMC released a statement on social media saying the hospital is "now secure" and that law enforcement is managing the situation.

Three UPMC Memorial Hospital workers and three police officers were shot — one of them fatally — in what York County District Attorney Tim Barker described as an attempted hostage situation Saturday morning.
