Police are searching for a man accused of torturing and stabbing his 21-year-old girlfriend to death in the Bronx apartment they shared, authorities said Friday. Officers found Princesa Encarnacion-Soto bloodied and lifeless in the third-floor stairwell in the building at 2295 Grand Concourse just before 3 p.
Stephanie Castillo, 36, is charged with six counts of murder and six counts of manslaughter after police arrested her in the Bronx Friday afternoon, according to the NYPD. The arrest caps off an investigation that started in November 2020 after two infants were found lying unresponsive outside of a Bronx apartment complex.
