The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) said it has banned a man who exhibited "fixated behaviour" towards Emma Raducanu after he was taken away by security personnel during the Briton's match at the Dubai Championship late on Tuesday.

British tennis star Emma Raducanu was visibly upset as tournament officials in Dubai ejected a spectator showing "fixated behavior" toward her during Tuesday's second-round match against Karolina Muchova.

Emma Raducanu was approached in a public space "by a man who exhibited fixated behavior" and the same man was spotted in the first few rows during her match, the WTA said.
