California Highway Patrol has diverted all traffic off of southbound Interstate 5 in San Joaquin County, citing an ongoing law enforcement investigation. CHP Stockton said all southbound traffic was being rerouted at Louise Avenue, with the on-ramp to I-5 also closed. No estimated time for reopening was provided, according to officials.
