A new trailer just dropped for the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s 2019 novel Regretting You, and it’s looking like yet another weepy, life-affirming tale from the author that brought the world It Ends With Us.

Hoover's first book adaptation hit the small screen in 2017 when her novel Confess was turned into a seven-episode television series. Seven years later, in August 2024, Hoover's best-seller, It Ends with Us, premiered in theaters, marking the author's first book-to-movie adaptation.

Paramount Pictures is previewing the adaptation of Colleen Hoover's book "Regretting You," starring Allison Williams and McKenna Grace, and arriving Oct. 24.
