Two winning lotto tickets worth a combined $6.7 million were purchased on Monday, Colorado Lottery officials said.
Kum & GO Maverik, Colorado Springs: A lucky player matched all five numbers on the Double Play option, winning $500,000. This add-on option, available for an additional $1, allows players to enter their numbers into a second drawing, offering a chance to win up to $10 million.
Two tickets, sold in North Carolina and Pennsylvania, won $2 million by getting the white ball numbers and adding the Power Play option. The $500,000 Colorado ticket was sold at Maverik, 304 Main St. in Colorado Springs.
