An 84-year-old Florida man was charged with attempted murder after police said he shot his son in the face following a dispute at his home on Dec. 9. William Nowak is accused of shooting his son after becoming angry that his son and daughter-in-law hadn't visited often enough.

A south suburban Chicago man stood charged Monday with shooting a man and beating a woman in the city's Englewood neighborhood this past weekend.

A dramatic video showed a man appearing to tackle and disarm one of the shooting suspects in the Bondi Beach attack, before pointing the man’s weapon at him, then setting the gun on the ground.

The man faces charges of murder, unlawfully carrying of a firearm, according to the district attorney's office.

Police identified Jamonte Davis, 32, based on surveillance videos showing him wearing pants with a distinctive logo along with gray boots.
