About 90% of the ice cream sold in the U.S. will no longer contain artificial dyes by 2028, federal health officials announced.

Secretaries Rollins and Kennedy held a press conference on Monday, July 14 announcing over 40 ice cream companies are committed to removing artificial colors by 2027.
