Trent Grisham, who had a miserable first year in pinstripes, drove in the Yankees’ lone run with a two-out RBI single in the second off righthander Drew Rasmussen, driving in Paul Goldschmidt, who had another good day at the plate (3-for-4).

While Carlos Rodón still walked four batters, they served as just footnotes as he struck out nine across six shutout innings for the Yankees.
