Hundreds of law-enforcement officers in seven German states raided sites linked to a far-right extremist movement after the interior ministry banned one of its largest groups.

German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt on Tuesday outlawed the separatist “Königreich Deutschland” (Kingdom of Germany) group, calling it the largest faction within the far‑right Reichsbürger scene and accusing it of building a “counter‑state” financed through illegal banking and insurance schemes.
